Ingredients:
Melissa Officinalis: Helps to relieve stress & anxiety whilst stimulating cognitive function. Lemon Balm has a positive effect on GABA. (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a chemical messenger (neurotransmitter) that helps regulate nerve impulses in your brain and nervous system. By inhibiting neural activity, GABA facilitates sleep, reduces mental and physical stress, lowers anxiety, and creates a calm state.
Rose petals: A potent antioxidant with relaxation, destressing and antidepressant effects
Passionflower herb: Proven Insomnia support and has a positive effect on GABA within the brain helping to calm an over active mind.
Chamomile: known to improve sleep quality, stress reduction and promote digestive health

Method:
We enjoy our Healthtea best when brewed in a teapot or French press. 1-2 tsps. for every cup of boiling water, stir, then steep for 10 minutes or more.
