Nettle leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Raspberry leaf, Peppermint: Together, these herbs are a natural source of Iron, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, potassium, calcium, vitamins B & C. Rich in Antioxidants, such as polyphenols, carotenoids, and terpenoids as well as many phytonutrients such as chlorophyll.
Method:
We enjoy our HealthTea best when brewed in a teapot or French press. 1-2 tsps. for every cup of boiling water, stir, then steep for 10 minutes or more.
