Method:

Shake before use. Designed for topical use. Roll onto pulse points at the temples, neck, behind the ears and to the wrists. Always test on a pea sized portion of skin first. Make sure your skin can handle the oil/blend before using. Dilute further if any irritation occurs. For Aromatic Usage, hold the bottle under nose for 3 or 4 breaths.
