This syrup recipe is excellent if your cough has both dry, tickly phases as well as wetter, more productive ones, as there are herbs here that will address both states.
Preparation, dosage & full instructions are included to make a delicious & highly effective cough syrup in your own kitchen! All you need to do is add water, simmer, strain and then add the local raw Irish honey!

1 x pouch of Mullein, Plantain, & Thyme leaves
1 x pouch Marshmallow root, Licorice root & Aniseed
1 x 8oz jar Raw Irish Honey
Cough Syrup
Used to reduce inflammation and relax muscles of the respiratory tract alleviating coughing and supporting expectoration of phlegm and mucous. Works on deeply rooted coughs as well as preventing it from moving deeper into the lungs. This syrup can be used for cough due to a cold, whooping cough, bronchitis, sore throat and hoarseness, pneumonia, COPD, allergies, tonsillitis, and asthma.
